The seed start was in 2021
When I, moved to live in a block of flats and saw that it was very badly administered.
There were many issues between owners, landlords and tenants, defective lock on the front door, stale notices on the notice board and many other problems.
Some flat owners hadn’t paid their annual contributions that year, one hadn’t paid for 3 years.
The condominium funds expected to last the whole year had disappeared in the first 5 months.
Stress was high.

Owners started putting for sale signs on their balconies.
I didn’t want to get involved in the running of the condominium. I didn’t know what was to be done and what the risks were. But the options were:
- Sell the newly bought property, or
- Administer the condominium, voluntarily
To cut a long story short, I started the tough job of bringing everyone together.
The improvement was gradual but immediately noticed.
Having successfully brought my own block up to a good standard, learning many valuable skills along the way, I decided to take up condominium administration more professionally, trading as Knightominium, in order to bring the same good service and high-quality standards to a few more condominiums all over the island.
Without any advertising, the portfolio of condominium clients grew rapidly by word of mouth alone.
